The above forms are designed to be completed when inspecting an over the road tractor and an off road piece of heavy equipment. If these documents are completed correctly it will give the necessary components on the truck and/or piece of heavy equipment to be able to properly evaluate these items and use these documents in the solicitation of salvage bids.
As you can see, you definitely need to have the qualifications to identify these components in order to do a proper evaluation. Also, even if this property is repairable, these properly filled out documents will give the condition of this property for future use and/or underwriting.
