W. Hank Fisher III 

W. Hank Fisher III is the founder of W.H. Fisher LLC.  Mr. Fisher has experience litigating cases throughout Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia and has prosecuted numerous trademarks in the United States Patent and Trademark Office.  Mr. Fisher’s practice focuses generally on civil litigation, collections, transactions, trademark law, and traffic law.  Mr. Fisher is licensed to practice law in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia and regularly represents his clients in courts throughout all three jurisdictions.  Prior to founding W.H. Fisher LLC, Mr. Fisher practiced with a well-respected DC-area law firm and interned with a federal judge in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
